Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy on all items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Whimsysworldllc@gmail.com. with your name, email and order number, as well as the item name of what you would like to return.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Whimsy's World LLC 1439 Bartow Road, Box 133, Lakeland Florida 33801 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items of the wrong size chosen by you or for other personal reasons are not eligible for return. 

Exchanges

To request an exchange, notify our customer service team at Whimsysworldllc@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.  

If the Exchange is approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.  You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.  We recommend using a delivery service that ensures the value of your shipment.  Whimsy's World does not cover return postage unless the item is incorrect or defective.  The time for your exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your location.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Whimsysworldllc@gmail.com.

Delayed or missed refunds (if applicable) if you haven't received your refund. please first check your bank account.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Wrong address disclaimer:  

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.  We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct and incorrect shipping address.  please contact us immediately at whimsysworldllc@gmail.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Lost stolen packages

if your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our tracking page.  If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team at whimsysworldllc.gmail.com

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it.  Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original for of payment.
